Fellows Lake D66 Trail System: Liberty Loop

Start: Miller Park Trailhead. Follow the Liberty Loop signs east and ride the trail counterclockwise. This is a fast trail with some small features and a few small climbs. Suitable for most levels and is used as part of a NICA course. The Miller Park Trailhead is next to the Fellows Lake Marina which hosts a small shop, and newly opened playground. This is a great spot for the whole family.
Start: Sac River Mountain Bike Trail Parking lot. Follow the trail parallel to the road and ride counter clockwise. This is a challenging technical trail with some loose rocky climbs and fun, quick descents.
Start: Park at the David C Murray Park Trailhead and ride the greenway east to Lost Hill Park. This greenway parallels the Sac River through a beautiful meadow to an interesting City Park with additional walking trails. This is an easy trail to ride with a short steep paved hill climb near Lost Hill Park.
Start: Miller Park Trailhead, or ride to the lake. This is a road bike loop about 11 miles in total distance that is great for multi lap training or a casual spin with friends. Turn right onto FR 66, proceed clockwise around the lake on FR 197, Hwy AA, FR 175, and finally back onto FR 66. These roads normally have light traffic, punch hills, and some nice flats.
